Our room was spotless and new-fashioned with an added value, good shower. The staff was incredibly nice and everything was amazing. The location was marvelous with the train station very close to the accommodation.

Had a really nice stay by one night, everything was incredible. The rooms were a decent size in general, with excellent refurbished bathroom. The location was particularly good, very close to a main station, so it was really easy to travel around.

It is a modern and pretty standard property located in Ludwigsvorstadt district very close to the socalled "piano bar", many shops, restaurants and malls and Munich-centrally located near the train station and near old town. I really enjoyed pretty friendly personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay. Their rooms are always silent and recently refurbished with an added value, excellant refurbished bathroom, as example.

I was upgraded to a recently refurbished classic room on a lower level. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of a large square.

My stay at Maritim Hotel in Munich was truly exceptional. As a business traveler, I found the location to be very convenient for exploring the city center. The hotel staff, particularly Leon at check-in, provided all the necessary information and even offered me a late check-out. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service at breakfast, where Paola and Maria took great care of each customer. Additionally, the hotel's pet-friendly policy allowed me to bring along my furry friend. I highly recommend this place.
